Services Sales Manager

We are looking for a Services Sales Manager to build and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy that drives revenue, consumption, and long-term customer value across our priority solution areas. You’ll lead a team, set the strategic direction, and orchestrate cross-functional execution with partners and internal stakeholders. This leader will combine market insight, executive presence, and coaching excellence to unlock growth and accelerate Digital & Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation for our customers.

Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Develop, refine, and execute a scalable GTM plan aligned to customer needs, market dynamics, and company strategy.Translate strategy into clear sales motions, coverage models, offers, and partner plays that maximize revenue, consumption, and growth.Guide long-term value realization strategies that drive expansion, renewals, and net-new business.
Sales Excellence & Execution
- Lead pipeline generation, sales execution, and forecasting rigor; ensure deal quality, velocity, and accuracy.Proactively identify new opportunities and solution patterns through industry and competitive insights.Establish excellence in account planning, customer engagement cadence, and measurable outcomes across the team.
Customer, Partner & Executive Engagement
- Build and maintain a broad executive network across customer and partner ecosystems.Align multi-stakeholder value propositions to business outcomes; remove friction and accelerate decisions.Orchestrate cross-segment alignment to land complex, multi-year transformation programs.
People Leadership & Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team; set standards for role clarity, capability, and career growth.Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, mentorship, coaching, customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and bold goal achievement.Manage performance, recognize excellence, and ensure clarity of expectations and continuous feedback.
Planning Beyond the Fiscal Year
- Own multi-year business planning across segments, partners, and internal teams.Define expectations for sales execution, hold teams accountable for results, and anticipate next-wave growth opportunities.What you’ll
Qualifications
Required
Proven experience in services or solution sales leadership (people management) driving multimillion revenue targets.Track record of building and executing GTM strategies that create pipeline and deliver growth.Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.Demonstrated success coaching teams on complex sales cycles, value-based selling, and customer value realization.Expertise in Digital & AI transformation drivers and their application to business outcomes.Operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales governance.
Preferred
Deep industry knowledge (e.g., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, etc.).Experience leading through partner ecosystems and co-selling/co-delivery motions.Familiarity with consumption-led and services-led growth models.Excellence in talent development: recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning.Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret market signals and translate them into scalable plays.
