Product Marketing Director - Dynamics 365 Contact Center

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Director to lead product marketing for Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Microsoft’s agentic contact center platform that brings intelligence, automation, and the power and scale of AI agents to every customer interaction.
Customer experience is at the forefront of AI adoption, with AI agents transforming how companies deliver service, personalization, and brand loyalty. Dynamics 365 is one of the fastest-growing cloud contact center solutions in the industry today. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the market helping shape the product roadmap, narrative, pricing, and go-to-market strategy in close partnership with engineering, business planning and sales.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, technical storytelling, and market execution.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own product marketing for Dynamics 365 Contact Center, partnering deeply with engineering on product definition, roadmap prioritization, and long-term competitive strategy, and business planning on pricing and packaging decisions.
- Define and evolve the product narrative with a strong focus on crafting compelling content, including messaging, customer presentations, whitepapers, webinars, customer success stories, and product videos that articulate Microsoft’s differentiated value proposition
- Engagement with customers, analysts, and partners to gather market insight, validate product direction, inform positioning, and drive advocacy across enterprise CCaaS audiences.
- Collaborate closely with sales and GTM on seller enablement by delivering compelling customer-facing assets such as pitch decks, demos, competitive battlecards, and solution architectures in close collaboration with Microsoft sales teams.
- Represent Microsoft at key industry moments, including flagship Microsoft events and external conferences, through customer presentations, demos, and thought leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams (web, campaigns, demand generation, field, and events) to execute integrated global marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
- Measure and optimize impact using clear success metrics, ROI/TCO models, and performance insights to continuously refine messaging, GTM motions, and execution.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing roles within enterprise SaaS, cloud, or CCaaS platforms.
- Proven experience leading GTM for complex, technical enterprise products, including close collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to guide strategy and measure impact.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical architecture into compelling customer value stories.
- Direct experience in the Contact Center / CCaaS market, including familiarity with voice ACD, digital channels, intelligent routing, agent assist, analytics, and workforce engagement.
- Background in competitive positioning and sales enablement for enterprise customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Contact Center or broader Microsoft service solutions is a plus.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
