Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hardware programs from requirements through launch, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features, processes, and workflows for Azure hardware and SKU enablement.
- Align stakeholders and manage execution through key milestones.
- Provide clear program updates and insights to leadership.
- Track product and program performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Navigate complex technical and business challenges, driving resolution and delivering impact.
- Own product specs, BOMs, release management, and engineering build coordination.
- Oversee design verification and ensure timely bug closure.
- Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading programs in cloud hardware infrastructure product development.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- 10+ years of end-to-end hardware product development experience, including 3+ years in cloud server or infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of successful program management and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
