Sr. Digital Account Executive

The Digital Account Executive (DAE) is a core growth role in the Small Medium Enterprise & Channel segment, based out of Gurugram—responsible for driving AI Business including AI Work force, Azure, Security Solutions adoption across corporate and mid‑market customers. DAEs orchestrate digital-led engagement motions, convert signals to pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and land multi‑solution discussions with customers. This role is central to Microsoft's Frontier Selling Model, combining digital intensity, AI‑powered insights, and multi‑agent sales workflows to scale impact across a large territory.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Generation & Signal Conversion
2. Customer Engagement - Drive high-quality digital-first customer conversations across ITDMs, BDMs, CXOs.
3. Deal Execution- Forecast accurately using AI-enhanced CRM insights. Accelerate deal velocity through smarter planning, improved lead qualification, and coordinated execution.
4. Cross-Team Orchestration - Coordinate with DSS (Digital Solution Specialists), DSE (Engineers), CE (Commercial Exec), and PDM (Partner Dev Managers).
5. Understanding of AI‑Driven Productivity. Use Microsoft’s sales AI stack—Copilot for M365, Sales AI, AIT—to improve productivity and customer insights
Qualifications
Required Qualifications - Experience
10-15 years in B2B technology sales (cloud/SaaS preferred)
Experience managing a large territory with digital motion + partner-led selling
Skills
Understanding of Azure, Cloud Productivity, Security, Data/AI, and Digital Transformation. Consultative selling, value-based storytelling
Familiarity with deal orchestration in mid-market/enterprise. Proficiency using CRM, digital sales tools, and AI copilots
