Overview

As a Solution Engineer for our AI Business process Sales and Services team, you will own the technical win strategy as you work closely with our Sales Specialists (SSPs) to influence C-Suite executives, Business Decision Makers (BDMs), and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) like CIOs, CTOs, and IT Leaders giving you a front‑row seat to enterprise strategy and a platform to shape it.

You’ll architect and prove end‑to‑end value with demos, envisioning workshops, and Proof-Of-Concepts (POCs) across D365 Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service, Copilot Studio, and Line-Of-Business AI Agents, so you can show customers exactly how AI drives outcomes. This is an opportunity to polish your relationship building and networking skills as you collaborate with System Integrator (SI) partners early in the sales cycle to scale technical engagements - such as demos, whiteboarding sessions, and POCs - supporting customers effectively.

You will be part of a dedicated sales community supported by Account, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams that enable you to drive enterprise-wide adoption of D365 solutions, and drive significant impact across the country.
