The Complex Program Activation team within Industry Solutions Delivery plays a key role in speeding up project mobilization and achieving important business and customer results. This team works closely with regional leaders and Delivery management to kick off projects using established best practices, AI tools, intellectual property, strong governance, and executive communication strategies internally and with customers and partners. They also provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to help project teams deliver Microsoft’s business and customer outcomes more efficiently. If any project encounters challenges, they step in to lead recovery efforts. Additionally, they monitor trends across complex projects both in their region and worldwide, driving improvements in tools, processes, and team skills.
The CPA Leader is accountable for creating a high-performing, data-driven consulting practice with an AI-first approach. This includes building strong relationships with senior executives, guiding customers and delivery teams through complex challenges, leveraging both internal and industry best practices, and fostering a culture that prioritizes quality, security, and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in integrating individual teams’ charters to align with broader ISD business excellence and ISD strategic priorities
- Establish healthy project delivery portfolio by coaching teams and partnering with regional delivery leadership
- Elevate ISD’s delivery capability and organizational maturity by implementing a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy, execution roadmap and lead enhancement initiatives that align with ISD’s broader business objectives.
- Exemplify cross group leadership, by collaborating with different internal ISD teams and engineering groups to simplify, integrate and incorporate AI toolkits into delivery
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate competencies including:
- 12+ years working in a global consulting organization (preferably Big 5 Consulting or similar)
- Demonstrated impact in being a coach and mentor.
- Over 10 years of experience, having a track record of working cross-functionally, successfully influencing and collaborating with multiple teams and leaders.
- 10+ years of complex deal and delivery management expertise working with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated decisiveness and courage to raise challenging issues and collaborate/influence to find the right solutions
- Experienced in executing continuous improvement and optimization programs
- Deep Business Acumen
- Proficient in Consulting business
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills and strong executive presence, able to simplify and explain complex financial concepts/insights to a wide range of audiences.
- Exhibits strong strategic thinking, effective problem-solving, and thorough root cause analysis abilities.
- Demonstrates a process-driven approach and a strong dedication to continuous improvement.
The role is based in Singapore and will require 20-30% global travel.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred
Professional Training: PMP (PMI) certification preferred. Quality certification expertise (e.g. ISO, CMMI, Six Sigma) desirable.
