Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner across multiple engineering, silicon, and product teams to define vision, build multi‑year roadmaps, manage data‑driven execution, and deliver high‑impact improvements that scale across the W365 ecosystem. We’re seeking a PM with deep technical intuition, strong program leadership instincts, and the ability to partner across disciplines to achieve clarity and durable impact.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Strong technical background in software systems, platforms, or distributed/cloud technologies.
- Experience driving security‑related product areas OR high‑performance system features across multiple engineering teams.
- Proven ability to define KPIs, build product roadmaps, and deliver measurable impact across multi‑org dependencies.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and execution leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management and/or program management driving complex multi‑team programs.
- Experience with client–cloud streaming architectures, graphics pipelines, or E2E performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Device Security or Cloud Security.
- Understanding of device protection stacks, and trusted execution concepts.
- Background in silicon, NPU/SoC performance, or hardware–software optimization.
- Data science workflows, model development lifecycles, and telemetry-driven decision making.
- Experience defining PRDs, 6P docs, clear metrics, and cross‑team execution plans.
