Responsibilities
  • Data analysis: Pull and analyze HR reports, integrate insights, and provide clear recommendations using analytics and AI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management: Support the execution of HR programs and projects that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in implementing HR processes into the lived experiences of employees, managers, and leaders.
  • Champion the practical adoption of AI tools within the HR team.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field (graduation date July 2027 or later).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, data analytics, business, statistics, or related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic or professional settings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Other Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and employee experience initiatives.
  • Exposure to project management and consulting practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative solutions.
