We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager – AI Adoption Content & Strategy who is creative and content-driven. This role is for someone who understands how different user personas learn, try, and adopt AI, and knows how to translate AI capabilities into compelling, practical, and modern adoption content across multiple channels.

This role leads to adoption content strategy and creation, partnering with agencies and internal teams to deliver multi-modal, high-impact content that accelerates real customer value from our most critical AI products.

Responsibilities

AI Product Understanding & Adoption Lens

  • Develop an understanding of Microsoft Copilot, and how customers use and optimize AI in real-world workflows
  • Articulate when and why Copilot delivers differentiated value versus other AI solutions, grounded in customer scenarios, not feature lists
  • Build empathy for customers at different stages of AI maturity, understanding their jobs-to-be-done, adoption barriers, and moments of value realization

AI Adoption Content Development

  • Own the end-to-end adoption content strategy for Copilot, grounded in customer needs and learning behaviors
  • Define what adoption content looks like, including formats, lengths, tone, visual style, and depth for different audiences and channels
  • Establish clear guidance on what works, what doesn’t, and why, informed by performance data and customer feedback
  • Continuously evolve content strategy based on adoption signals, experimentation, and emerging content trends
  • Partner with agencies and creative teams to scale production, while maintaining editorial direction and quality standards

Content Distribution & Performance-Driven Iteration

  • Own how adoption content is packaged and distributed across priority channels such as web, email, social, and in-product surfaces
  • Curate and calendar adoption content, both self-created and partner-created to ensure consistency, relevance, and momentum
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to refine content strategy, improve formats, and double down on what drives adoption
  • Share insights and best practices to elevate adoption content across teams

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.


Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
