Responsibilities
You will be part of the MSAI team focusing on M365 Copilot Mobile experiences and working closely with our partner developer teams across the globe who are building various AI capabilities that empowers our users. You will need to communicate with multiple development teams and customers regularly, understand their pain points and needs, and translate them into the product requirement for our team.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Help set vision and strategy for technology investments.
- Drive product execution and GTM plan.
- Model Customer Driven best practices to lead the focus of new feature development.
- Build and maintain highly collaborative and durable relationships across our partner team in Microsoft.
- Demonstrate end to end ownership of complex, cross group projects, and bring them to successful completion.
- Influence partner teams, get alignment on technology direction and the steps to achieve our feature goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Strong experience shipping mobile or AI products in a tech company.
- Have passion for the cross-team collaboration it takes to build great experiences .
- Quickly establish a strong network of partnerships across the company.
- Learn quickly with a growth mindset.
- Great problem-solving skills with strong technical proficiency and strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- Solid experience shipping mobile products in a tech company.
