We have a tremendous opportunity to lead in the era of AI with Microsoft AI. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the narrative around Copilot and Agents, influencing the product roadmap, enabling our customers and sellers with demo assets to accelerate sales and drive successful understanding, preference, and adoption across our customer audiences. The Copilot Experiences product marketing team is looking for someone who is highly strategic, simplifies the complex, and has a passion for demonstrating product magic. This is a chance to be part of the team that is re-wiring the way the world works. To be successful, you will influence strategy and drive execution for the AI Business Solutions product roadmap including the capture, the messaging and the placement of product experiences in our digital roadmap experience for customers, partners and field sellers. This role ensures roadmap accuracy, disclosure alignment, and highquality storytelling across all roadmap surfaces (public roadmap, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) roadmap, Microsoft Tech Community (MTC), and partner-facing assets). They serve as the single point of contact for Product Marketing Group (PMG), engineering, Customer Exerience (CxE), and crosscloud partners to drive a unified, trustworthy, customer-ready roadmap. Products include: M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365 Apps, Teams, Viva, Windows, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You’ll also own your Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs) for the roadmap assets produced.

Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Management: Own the roadmap lifecycle for all AI Business Solutions products: ingestion, validation, metadata hygiene, copy quality, and monthly/quarterly refresh cycles
- Disclosure Planning: Partner deeply with Product Marketing Group (PMG) & engineering to ensure disclosure alignment, readiness, feature completeness, and consistency in roadmap positioning
- Roadmap Experience Management: Manage the pipeline for all roadmap surfaces (public roadmap, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) roadmap, Microsoft Tech Community (MTC)) and ensure cross-surface coherence
- Content Creation and Editorial Lead: Lead content creation and editing for AI Business Solutions roadmap features, ensuring clear, simple, and customerfriendly copy
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, Public Relations (PR), engineering, and Customer Experience (CxE) to support roadmap storytelling, reveal plans, and content readiness
- Performance Analysis: Analyze roadmap performance, usage patterns, customer feedback trends, and produce monthly insights
- Next Gen Roadmap Experience: Participate and contribute in Roadmap Reimagined initiatives, ensuring metadata quality and strong narrative coherence
- Business Relationship Management: Build relationships across Partner Marketing Manager (PMM), Product Manger (PM), design, and engineering teams to streamline roadmap submissions and governance
- Customer Centricity: Represent customer voice – needs – and unmet needs – to shape product and marketing roadmap
- Project and Change Management: Create and drive project-level, communication and change management plans for field enablement of demos

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business

- Experience in storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, engineering, and sales
- Data-driven mindset with experience using behavioral insights to inform strategy
Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
