CXE collaborates with customers, partners, and internal scale engines to accelerate product adoption and incubate new feature developments. Microsoft Security is looking for a Senior Product Manager- CxE Community Manager with technical knowledge of the Security advanced workloads, has experience working with channel partners, has experience with developing AI agents and incorporating AI in their work. This role primarily focuses on channel partner engagement to accelerate their business growth, adoption enablement, to accelerate security product usage and deliver actionable insights to engineering.
This role demands a passion for enhancing the customer experience, fostering a consistent and efficient collaboration between engineers and customers, and enabling a customer-centric development culture.

Responsibilities
- Understand the Intune & Management product strategy & priorities, then converting this to a product-aligned community strategy to execute upon - with established success metrics.
- Lead a vteam of peers to execute community strategy, executive communications, and insights advocacy.
- Execute Security Advisors (formerly Customer Connection Program) engagements for the Intune suite of products - this is a end-user co-development program executing research, focus groups, and private previews during the development process.
- Drive complex cross-team programs to improve the overall health of community execution and Security Advisors program (www.aka.ms/SecurityCommunity)
- Leverage automation and AI to streamline repetitive tasks, improve products, & improve services.
- Drive a customer-obsession-culture within engineering - encouraging usage of our program and services to keep end-users at the center of our engineering efforts.
- Partner with external teams for increased impact, advocacy, and amplification of community programs.
- Continually learn and grow product knowledge, understanding that our priorities shift and we are the first on-board when new products are being researched and designed.
- Document, track, and advocate for end-user feedback to be incorporated into our products - which includes understanding how to prioritize asks and document them for future advocacy work.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or customer experience engineering.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or customer experience engineering.

- Experience with Microsoft Security products, specifically Management and Intune.
- Experience interpreting product strategy into real-world community execution to glean insights and achieve business goals.
- 4+ years experience improving products, features, or experiences for end users through research, focus groups, or co-development.
- 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to end users.
- Ability to forge trusted relationships with partners communicating on behalf of Microsoft Security engineering, facilitating understanding of the value proposition of Microsoft product portfolio.
- Highly adaptable to change and comfortable pivoting in response to changing circumstances and ambiguous situations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and understand fact-based communications / presentations both verbal and written and adapting style and level of information based on audience (C-Level, business, architect, analysts, admins, developers).
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
