We’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with strong experience in Data, Analytics and AI to help customers migrate, modernize, and secure their data estate on Azure—building a secure, scalable foundation for production‑ready analytics and AI. You’ll design Azure data solutions, lead modernization and migration work, and ensure environments meet Microsoft best‑practice standards (CAF, WAF) for security, resiliency, and performance.
You’ll work directly with customer IT and business leaders to design scalable solutions, resolve blockers, and drive Azure adoption using repeatable IP and delivery excellence. With broad experience across the Azure data and analytics ecosystem, applications, databases, and hybrid environments, you’ll help customers realise the full value of their Azure investments.

- Build trusted relationships with customer IT leaders and act as the Voice of the Customer.
- Dive deep into customer scenario’s with business stakeholders to add value in customer’s most challenging and innovative workloads
- Maintain deep technical expertise in technologies like Azure Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Share best practices and engage in technical communities to support customer success.
- Own end‑to‑end technical delivery and ensure readiness of success and consumption plans.
- Drive migration and modernization across analytics, data, and AI workloads.
- Optimise environments for health, performance, resiliency, security, and AI‑scale operations. Deliver and contribute to repeatable IP to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate go‑live.
- Generate follow‑on opportunities aligned to customer needs and Enterprise Support priorities.
- Lead architecture sessions and deliver secure, scalable, resilient Azure solutions using CAF/WAF.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong cloud data experience on Azure / AWS / GCP / Oracle (designing or delivering data, analytics, or AI workloads).
- Hands‑on with data platforms + architectures (SQL/DB services, data lakes/lakehouse/warehouses).
- Ability to run architecture / technical design sessions and translate business needs into cloud data solutions.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, identity, networking, resiliency for data workloads.
- Proven experience in cloud migration / modernisation of data workloads and resolving technical blockers.
- Experience with Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake.
Desired Skills
- Exposure to AI/ML (training, MLOps, model serving).
- Knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) + hybrid connectivity (ExpressRoute, PrivateLink, VPN).
- Experience with cost optimisation, repeatable IP (templates/patterns), and delivering executive‑level presentations.
- Familiarity with frameworks like CAF / WAF or equivalent in other clouds; community contribution a plus.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data tooling (ADF, Glue, Databricks, Dataflow, OCI DI).
