As a Partner Sales Specialist – Security, you will be responsible for driving Microsoft Security revenue growth through the partner ecosystem, working closely with Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and strategic partners to scale customer adoption of Microsoft’s end‑to‑end security solutions.You will be focused on driving revenue acceleration and growth within the Corporate segment. You will be responsible for driving opportunities from commit to complete (Stages 2–3 of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology, MCEM), operating across a high performing portfolio of CSP (Cloud Solution Providers) partners. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen, hone your selling skills, and become adept at deal structuring.
You will operate at scale across a portfolio of partners, leading co‑sell execution, pipeline growth, and partner capability development, while acting as a trusted security business advisor to both partners and customers.You will develop and execute a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan with assigned partners, driving sales through co-sell strategies including Territory Planning activities to achieve quarterly CSA (Clous Solution Area) FRA across the Corporate Business. You will lead your partners' commercial performance and drive sustainable sales impact to customers. A key responsibility will be driving Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) revenue through your partner portfolio. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor and business leader, leading the business strategy between Microsoft and your partners. You will also enhance your consultative selling skills through MCEM training and actively pursue additional learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
Partner Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a Partner Security Solution Area Sales Plan aligned with Microsoft’s Security priorities and quarterly targets.
- Drive Security revenue acceleration through CSP and strategic partners by leading joint go‑to‑market and co‑sell motions.
- Own and manage the Security pipeline with partners, ensuring pipeline quality, velocity, and forecast accuracy.
Partner Strategy & Co‑Sell Execution
- Act as a trusted advisor and business leader to partners, shaping joint security strategies and commercial plans.
- Lead partner engagement across the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) to win and expand security opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Teams, Security Specialists, Partner Development Managers) to orchestrate end‑to‑end partner‑led deals.
Security Solution Expertise
- Position and drive adoption of Microsoft Security solutions, including identity, endpoint, cloud, data, and SIEM/XDR offerings.
- Guide partners in modernizing customers’ security posture, aligning solutions to business and risk outcomes.
- Stay current on security market trends, competitive landscape, and Microsoft security innovations.
Partner Capability & Impact
- Enable partners to scale security practices by improving technical readiness, sales capability, and security specialization maturity.
- Support partner prioritization and investment decisions to maximize customer and revenue impact.
- Drive measurable partner performance outcomes across revenue, consumption, and customer success.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in security, cloud, or solution sales, preferably with a partner‑led or channel model.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth through partners and managing complex sales motions.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
Preferred requirements
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Security solutions and modern security architectures.
- Experience working with CSP partners and partner co‑sell models.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and data‑driven sales environment.
