Senior Product Marketing Manager - Agent 365 Performance & Growth
Microsoft
AI agents are becoming increasingly ubiquitous across all types of industries and organizations around the world, and for good reason – agents go beyond responding to prompts by reasoning, making decisions, and taking actions to complete tasks, powering workflows and unlocking new scenarios. It is estimated that there will be more than 1.3 billion agents in use by 2028, representing both enormous opportunity for productivity gains but also a huge new population for organizations to understand, manage, and control.
Agent 365 is the control plane for AI agents – Microsoft’s unified management and governance platform that provides a comprehensive agent registry, access controls, visualization, interoperability, and security for all agents – whether they are built in Microsoft’s 1P platforms or not. As the business moves from early preview toward general availability, we are seeking a senior, highly analytical product marketer to help define how the Agent 365 business is understood, measured, and grown.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager – Agent 365 Performance & Growth will focus on helping the team and business answer foundational questions: What should we be measuring? How do we know adoption is healthy? Where should we invest to accelerate growth? This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by shaping how a nascent business is framed, evaluated, and scaled.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
