AI agents are becoming increasingly ubiquitous across all types of industries and organizations around the world, and for good reason – agents go beyond responding to prompts by reasoning, making decisions, and taking actions to complete tasks, powering workflows and unlocking new scenarios. It is estimated that there will be more than 1.3 billion agents in use by 2028, representing both enormous opportunity for productivity gains but also a huge new population for organizations to understand, manage, and control.

Agent 365 is the control plane for AI agents – Microsoft’s unified management and governance platform that provides a comprehensive agent registry, access controls, visualization, interoperability, and security for all agents – whether they are built in Microsoft’s 1P platforms or not. We are seeking an experienced product marketer to join the team as Agent 365 unlocks agent adoption at scale for our customers.

As Agent 365 moves from initial customer preview to general availability, we are seeking a critical member of our team to shepherd its launch. The Senior Product Marketing Manager – Agent 365 Enablement is responsible for empowering Microsoft’s field and partners to confidently position and sell Agent 365, and translating a complex, emerging platform into clear and compelling sales content and programs that accelerate adoption and help customers deploy agents at scale with trust and clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead launch readiness and enablement for the Agent 365 business, shepherding the product from preview through general availability.
  • Translate complex platform, security, and governance concepts into clear, actionable guidance and content tailored to sellers, partners, and solution architects
  • Create and maintain compelling seller‑facing content including pitch decks, value frameworks, competitive guidance, frequently asked questions (FAQs), talk tracks, and scenario‑based selling motions
  • Ensure enablement materials reflect current product reality, roadmap direction, and customer value
  • Partner with sales, partner marketing, and readiness teams to deliver enablement through the appropriate channels and cadences, and ensure Agent 365 is represented clearly and consistently across major field moments (e.g., launches, events, go-to-market waves)
  • Act as the single‑threaded owner for Agent 365 field and partner readiness across Microsoft and the ecosystem
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and inbound Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) to stay deeply connected to product direction and priorities
  • Collaborate with sales and partner sales leadership and stakeholders to continuously refine enablement content and tactics based on performance, feedback, and field signal
  • Provide guidance on customer scenarios, objections, and comparative positioning in a
  • Operate independently with a high degree of ownership and judgment in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment
  • Influence a broad range of cross‑functional and cross-product teams without authority, earning trust through clarity, rigor, and results

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing with focus on enterprise IT
  • Analytical and synthesis skills – able to distill multiple complex technical domains into simple concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically and drive change in a cross-functional organization
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges
  • Experience with and passion for one more of the following: Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI, and enterprise IT/security tools


Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
