We have a tremendous opportunity to lead in the era of AI with Microsoft AI. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the narrative around Copilot and Agents, influencing the product roadmap, enabling our customers and sellers with demo assets to accelerate sales and drive successful understanding, preference, and adoption across our customer audiences. The Copilot Experiences product marketing team is looking for someone who is highly strategic, simplifies the complex, and has a passion for demonstrating product magic. This is a chance to be part of the team that is re-wiring the way the world works. To be successful, you will influence strategy and drive execution for the AI Business Solutions product roadmap including the capture, the messaging and the placement of product experiences in our digital roadmap experience for customers, partners and field sellers. This role ensures roadmap accuracy, disclosure alignment, and highquality storytelling across all roadmap surfaces (public roadmap, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) roadmap, Microsoft Tech Community (MTC), and partner-facing assets). They serve as the single point of contact for Product Marketing Group (PMG), engineering, Customer Exerience (CxE), and crosscloud partners to drive a unified, trustworthy, customer-ready roadmap. Products include: M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365 Apps, Teams, Viva, Windows, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You’ll also own your Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs) for the roadmap assets produced.

Responsibilities
- Own the Modern Work roadmap lifecycle end-to-end across major surfaces (e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) roadmap, internal planning tools, and roadmap experience workstreams)
- Drive editorial and data quality standards so roadmap content is accurate, consistent, and usable across audiences
- Define and run the Modern Work roadmap operating cadence: intake, validation, review deadlines, escalation paths, and final approvals
- Create scalable governance mechanisms that reduce churn, prevent rework, and increase confidence in roadmap outputs
- Build trusted partnerships with Modern Work engineering and Partner Marketing Manager (PMM) leaders to resolve conflicts in timing, priority, and disclosure readiness
- Drive alignment during high-stakes cycles (e.g., leadership review moments and roadmap review deadlines) and ensure issues are surfaced early with clear options
- Identify gaps across roadmap tooling and workflows (e.g., feature intake quality, inconsistent metadata, unclear ownership) and implement improvements that scale
- Partner with stakeholders driving roadmap platform changes and migration workstreams (e.g., cross-tool alignment efforts referenced in ongoing roadmap communications)
- Establish success metrics for roadmap “health” (timeliness, completeness, quality) and drive continuous improvement
- Provide regular insights and recommendations based on what’s working and what’s breaking in the roadmap system
- Model the use of AI tools to speed up drafting, Quality Assurance (QA), summarization, and content iteration—while maintaining quality and accountability

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

- 6+ years experience in Product Marketing, Program Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), or related roles
- Ability to influence without authority across engineering, Partner Marketing Manager (PMM), and leadership stakeholders
- Proven track record improving processes/systems
- Excellent writing and editing skills for product updates and customer-facing summaries
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing multiple workstreams in parallel
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
