As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive the vision for a solution area that will help leaders navigate workforce transformation in an AI-powered world. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap planning to feature development and launch, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to shape experiences that optimize team structures, align talent with business goals, and improve organizational health. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring alignment on priorities and trade-offs while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the customer experience and competitive market. Identify short- and long-term investment opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive the product roadmap. Build consensus on product strategy, prioritize the backlog, and work with partners to align on trade-offs and disclosures.
- Product Development and Lifecycle: Define features and partnerships to achieve the vision and goals for specific products or sets of features, from product definition and planning through development, release, and end of life. Develop and execute strategies to enable in-product organic growth. This involvement spans all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Provide central, cross-functional leadership for the product. Partner with stakeholders in Engineering, Product Marketing, Research, and Design to drive business growth.
- Customer and Market Insights: Conduct competitive and economic analysis to validate recommendations. Implement these recommendations by driving field and partner readiness, launching new products or pricing, and implementing price changes in our pricing systems in a compliant and well-governed way.
- Performance and Accountability: Drive revenue and business outcomes through planning and performance accountability. Identify, define, and analyze scorecard metrics and key performance indicators to improve category insights, track performance, and identify trends across the product category.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
