Overview

The Digital Account Manager drives customer engagement and revenue growth by building strong relationships, understanding customer business priorities, and aligning Microsoft solutions to deliver value. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for adoption and expansion, and orchestrating resources to achieve business outcomes. The Digital Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging market insights and technical knowledge to help customers maximize their Microsoft investments.



Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
    Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts to understand business goals and priorities.
  • Drive Account Planning and Prioritization
    Determine account priorities, orchestrate resources, and execute sales plays to achieve revenue targets and customer success.
  • Identify and Qualify Opportunities
    Conduct research, monitor satisfaction metrics, and pursue opportunities through the full lifecycle, including renewals and upsell/cross-sell.
  • Promote Microsoft Solutions
    Stay current on Microsoft offerings and leverage product knowledge to engage customers and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate Across Teams and Partners
    Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver value and co-sell solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Manage Renewals and Business Outcomes
    Address renewal options, align with internal stakeholders, and ensure customer objectives are met.
  • Monitor and Act on Customer Feedback
    Track satisfaction metrics, resolve issues, and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work experience OR 5+ years sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 8+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work experience OR 10+ years technology sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent experience.
