This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar & Meeting Management
- Manage a dynamic calendar with attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling, timely updates, and alignment with priorities.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prep materials, and follow‑ups as needed.
- Apply business context and judgment to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Handle sequencing, conflict resolution, and routine prioritization with sound judgment.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide reliable day‑to‑day support to the Partner Director, including meeting prep, tracking requests, and organizing information.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with sensitive information.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff, Business Manager, GTA, and broader ops teams to support ongoing operational rhythms.
- Headcount & Staffing Operations
- Support recruiting coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and internal movement.
- Manage PCN updates, transfers, and ongoing headcount hygiene tasks.
- Maintain org charts, DLs, Teams channels, SharePoint spaces, and headcount trackers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve process accuracy.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Partner effectively with business support peers and partner organizations to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Assist with budget reporting rhythms, operational requests, and basic data pulls.
- Build positive working relationships across the IDEAS and DPG ecosystems.
- Onsite Operations & Team Culture
- Serve as an onsite anchor for team needs, including seating plans, space allocation updates, moves, and asset tracking.
- Help support team culture events, onsite morale activities, and onboarding experiences.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for new and existing team members.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication, follow‑through, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, ask clarifying questions, and drive accurate execution.
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with Employee Central, MyOrder, headcount tools, Teams, and SharePoint.

Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $25.10 - $43.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $35.72 - $51.11 per hour.
