Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete delivery of technical programs from start to finish.

  • Develop specifications, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure results align with organizational goals.

  • Establish clear scope, milestones, timelines, success criteria, and deliverables for each program.

  • Identify and prioritize technical needs and gaps, communicating them effectively to stakeholders.

  • Recognize, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.

  • Maintain transparency by providing regular status updates, clear stakeholder communications, and proactive risk escalation.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualfications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, including managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical methods, and reporting results
  • At least 2 years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, influence others, and collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with both technical and nontechnical teams to achieve alignment and shared accountability.
  • Experience with machine learning and/or artificial intelligence projects

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
