Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead SOX compliance for complex, high-impact systems and processes in the Gaming Division. This role owns end-to-end compliance outcomes for significant portions of SOX scope and serves as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across engineering, finance, and audit.

The Senior Product Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, shaping strategy and execution to ensure strong control design, audit readiness, and continuous improvement at scale.



Responsibilities
  • Own SOX compliance outcomes for complex and high-risk systems and processes, including control design, documentation, testing coordination, and remediation,
  • Lead SOX design reviews and assess the impact of system, process, or organizational changes on control effectiveness,
  • Drive remediation strategies for control deficiencies and ensure sustained, long-term resolution,
  • Shape product and process strategies that embed compliance requirements into system design and operational workflows,
  • Partner with engineering leaders to influence architecture, roadmap, and operational decisions in support of compliance objectives,
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation,
  • Act as a primary interface for internal and external auditors, including leading walkthroughs and technical discussions,
  • Present SOX status, risks, trends, and insights to senior leadership and in governance forums,
  • Own the SOX operational metrics and reporting.


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • Significant experience with SOX and especially owning SOX compliance, internal controls, audit, regulatory compliance, etc. for complex systems and organizations,
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with high autonomy, accountability, and visibility
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders in Finance, Internal Audit, External Audit, and Engineering,
  • 2+ years of KQL or SQL
  • 2+ years of data visualization (Power BI, ADX Dashboards, etc.)
  • Direct experience being a SOX Control Owner, Sub cycle Owner, or equivalent accountability role.


Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
