Overview

Join the M365 Copilot Product team at the core of Microsoft’s AI strategy!

We build the foundational capabilities that power M365 Copilot—including orchestration, grounding, memory, agent collaboration, extensibility, Copilot experience hosting, and the service infrastructure that ensures these capabilities operate reliably at global scale.

If you’re energized by big, bold challenges, high‑impact product leadership, and fast‑paced execution at the epicenter of the AI transformation, this is your team.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define strategy and partner closely across engineering, applied science, design, product, marketing, and service operations to deliver breakthrough AI capabilities that transform the lives of hundreds of millions of users around the world.

In this role, you will be accountable not only for product vision and delivery, but also for service health, reliability, and operational readiness. You will help shape how Copilot capabilities are built, launched, monitored, and operated—ensuring high availability, strong SLAs, and rapid response to service issues. This includes partnering with Live Site, SRE, and engineering teams to drive improvements in resilience, incident management, telemetry, and customer impact reduction.

You will help foster a culture of experimentation, inclusion, and excellence. While this is not a people‑management position, it is a role of deep product and thought leadership. You will set the standard for what great AI‑forward product management looks like—balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution, long‑term thinking with rapid iteration, and innovation with operational rigor. You will serve as a mentor and role model to a group of high‑performing PMs and engineers.

The future is waiting to be built. Join us.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
