Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking an End-to-End Project Manager to support the CO+I EMEA E2E team. CO+I is the team behind one of the world’s largest Cloud Infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online Products and Services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. We are looking for a Project Manager who is adaptable, driven and enthusiastic about using MS technology (particularly Power BI) with strong abilities in data analysis and data storytelling.

Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage schedules for small metro areas; maintain trackers, checklists, and action logs. Track metro-level milestones across DCEP, IRR, DCEM, RMR
- Execution Tracking & Governance: Follow up on deliverables with partner teams (Lease, Build, Eng, Ops). Ensure RMR readiness and governance hygiene.
- Communication & Reporting: Produce concise weekly execution updates and status summaries. Draft meeting recaps and leadership read-outs. Prepare slides and dashboards for E2E, S&O, and metro forums. Act as a quality gate for accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
Risk & Issue Visibility: Identify, document, and track risks/issues across the lifecycle. Maintain dashboards showing status, ownership, and timelines. Escalate blockers with clear context and recommended actions.
- Data, Metrics, and Insights: The role is responsible for creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards that deliver meaningful and actionable insights for the business. This includes supporting the rollout of fiscal year 2026 metrics, such as cycle time and fiber-related measurements and performing comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and generate insights that inform decision-making.
Collaboration is essential, as the role partners with both central and regional teams to evolve reporting practices and ensure alignment. Analytics and business intelligence (BI) solutions are leveraged to drive the development and execution of business strategy. The role works closely with the main BI team to guarantee that data sources and platforms are both consistent and relevant to business needs.
Additionally, the position is proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities to utilize data and analytics in support of the team's goals and initiatives, ensuring data-driven progress and continuous improvement.
- Innovation & AI Enablement: The role actively leverages Copilot and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to automate the processes of tracking and summarization. This focus on automation is designed to enhance reporting efficiency and support the generation of actionable insights. By integrating AI tools, routine tasks become streamlined, enabling faster and more accurate synthesis of information for stakeholders.
- Utilization of Microsoft Technology: Microsoft technologies are utilized to create, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision making. The role involves the coordination and dissemination of relevant data and analytical outputs to both internal and external stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that all information shared is accurate, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner, thereby supporting effective communication and informed business decisions.
- Project Management: Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage business needs. Engages in well-defined projects/programs while executing aspects of projects/programs for larger areas, including work on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience which may be across multiple disciplines.
- Security & Compliance: Serve as Security Champion for E2E. Ensure secure forums, SharePoint hygiene, and access controls. Promote compliant data handling and collaboration practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND several years of work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- Several years of technology or datacenter domain experience; ideally with an engineering background.
- Experienced in data analysis, data storytelling and Power BI.

Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
