We’re looking for a high impact, high energy marketing Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agents & Copilot Studio to drive product marketing for developers to build agents that use Microsoft 365 Copilot and are published into Copilot as the UI for AI.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agents & Copilot Studio, you will define and land marketing for pro developers building agents for Copilot, including with Microsoft Agent Framework, Work IQ API/MCP, and Copilot Studio. You’ll partner deeply with engineering, design, and outbound marketing to translate roadmap into clear product truth, create technical go-to-market assets, and drive adoption through measurable funnel outcomes.

Responsibilities
Define product truth and positioning for Agents and Copilot Studio, including Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, Agent 365 SDK, and Work IQ API/MCP.
Create compelling technical marketing assets that unblock adoption such as deep-dive docs, solution briefs, demo scripts, reference architectures, sample apps or webinars that show the end-to-end agent build, test, deploy, monitor, and iterate lifecycle.
Partner with marketing stakeholders across extensibility and Foundry to deliver a developer-facing go-to-market strategy and execution to accelerate agent creation and deployment of custom agents to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Work with product engineering to shape roadmap and readiness such as translating customer insights into prioritization or managing private preview to public preview to GA launch.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing Manager capacity.
Experience building agents or AI Systems with code-first tools and low-code tools such as Microsoft Foundry, Visual Studio, Github, and Copilot Studio.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
