As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Partner closely with engineering, security, legal, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and drive predictable execution.
  • Drive ecosystem security, readiness, and adoption initiatives with external partners, ensuring clear expectations, communication, and delivery of required updates.
  • Identify risks early, evaluate tradeoffs, and propose mitigation strategies to balance scope, quality, security, and timelines.
  • Use data and partner feedback to inform prioritization, measure impact, and continuously improve program outcomes.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to address security risks and partner‑impacting issues, ensuring clear communication, timely resolution, and ecosystem confidence.
  • Embody Microsoft’s culture and values while fostering collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.
