Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Dynamics 365 Human Resources, to be based in India, who will lead innovation in core human resources functions and transformational initiatives aimed at redefining employee experience and human resources administration. This position plays a critical role in guiding the future of AI-driven HR operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient, automated, and autonomous solutions that generate significant business value at scale.

As a Senior Product Manager for Dynamics 365 Human Resources, you are expected to serve as a subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of the domain, associated user personas, operational workflows, and industry trends. You will collaborate not only with other product managers within the team but also with those working on related products, platforms, and services to drive clarity and deliver cohesive, end-to-end scenarios, experiences, and solutions. Cross-team collaboration is vital for ensuring efficiency throughout the entire hire-to-retire process.

Your responsibilities include defining and executing the vision for core HR operations and hyper-personalized employee experiences for enterprise customers, while understanding the competitive landscape and market differentiators. An AI first approach will be critical in enhancing our offerings and accelerating time to market. Our agile environment enables you to explore how artificial intelligence can support autonomous and guided HR operational workflows, enhancing personalized employee experiences. This role drives operational efficiencies across various enterprise use cases and places an emphasis on business frameworks that integrate with and impact the entire application.

Responsibilities

  • Product Leadership: Define and drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered Hire to Retire experiences in Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
  • AI-First Innovation: Lead the development of intelligent agents and automation capabilities that enable autonomous human resources operational processes and validation using LLMs and generative AI.
  • LLM Strategy & Execution: Define how large language models (LLMs) will be embedded across human resources operations and hyper-personalized employee experience workflows, including success metrics, experimentation plans, and business value realization.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Collaborate with customers, partners, data, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand human resources scenarios and design AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to shape product strategy and identify differentiators in the AI and ERP space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and field teams to deliver scalable, high-quality AI solutions.
  • Experimentation & Evaluation: Work with engineering and data science teams to run experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on AI features across the hire to retire lifecycle.
  • Service Health Ownership: Monitor and improve the health, reliability, and scalability of AI-powered services in your area, collaborating closely with engineering and support teams.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers to understand their business processes, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Microsoft in customer engagements, industry forums, and internal reviews as a subject matter expert in human resources management and AI transformation.
  • Community Enablement: Support customer readiness through documentation, blogs, presentations, and collaboration with support and field teams.

Qualifications


Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, cloud ERP software companies, or human resources management applications for the enterprise.
  • 5+ years of experience or exposure with the human resources management domain and a deep understanding of the related business processes in ERP.
  • 4 + years of experience Product Management with customer collaboration and design focus when creating products.

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, features, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • Dynamics 365 Human Resources knowledge or industry leading HCM applications, with human resource management and hyper-personalized employee experience within an ERP.
  • Good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), AI, Analytics and Automation, and how it can be applied to human resource management domain.
  • Demonstrated product thought leadership with experience in establishing effective relationships and presenting to customers, partners, and industry analysts.
  • Understanding of cloud-deployed business solutions.
  • Experience communicating effectively and presenting to senior leadership.
