As a Product Manager II for Field Service Mobile, you will help define and deliver the next generation of mobile experiences that power frontline work at global scale. You will shape how work is executed in the field by translating complex enterprise workflows into fast, intuitive, and reliable experiences that work across mobile and web, online and offline.

This role sits at the intersection of mobile, cloud, and AI. You will help build AIpowered features that improve how technicians plan, execute, and complete work in the field, and you will use AI as part of your own product practice to accelerate discovery, decisionmaking, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Drive Product Vision and Execution

  • Own core Field Service Mobile scenarios such as work execution, inspections, asset data capture, offline experiences, and technician productivity.
  • Define clear product outcomes and success metrics that connect customer needs to business impact.
  • Collaborate, evolve, and execute scenario roadmaps that deliver endtoend value across multiple releases.

Deliver RealWorld Impact

  • Translate customer and partner insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Make informed tradeoffs across usability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Use telemetry, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide decisions and prioritize improvements.
  • Promote and measure adoption of investments by customers.

Build at the Edge of Modern Capabilities

  • Deliver experiences that work seamlessly across mobile and web, connected and offline.
  • Partner with engineering and design to advance offlinefirst patterns, performance optimization, accessibility, and crossdevice consistency.
  • Explore how intelligent assistance and modern platforms can redefine how field work gets done.

Collaborate and Lead Across Teams

  • Work closely with engineering, design, research, and partner teams to plan and ship highquality features and performance and reliability improvements.
  • Navigate ambiguity and crossteam dependencies with strong product judgment and clear communication.
  • Represent Field Service Mobile scenarios in internal and external conversations with customers and partners.
  • Drive alignment across Dynamics 365 product groups by partnering with platform teams on shared initiatives and ensuring consistent execution between teams.
  • Partner with internal teams (Power Platform and Dataverse) to evolve shared platform capabilities while balancing Field Servicespecific needs, driving alignment and consistent execution across teams.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and shipping customer facing software products.
  • Solid product management skills including problem definition, prioritization, and execution.
  • Ability to work across technical constraints, user experience considerations, and business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with Field Service, ERP, asset management, or frontline worker workflows.
  • Experience building products for mobile platforms, including native or hybrid mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with offline or low connectivity scenarios and performance sensitive environments.
  • Experience working with platform based products and cross system integrations.
  • Experience using AI to optimize product management efficiency and workflows, including planning, prioritization, analysis, or execution.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
