Shape the future of Agentic AI with Copilot Studio

Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI are redefining how enterprises design, execute, and scale their core business processes. Copilot Studio sits at the heart of this transformation, enabling organizations to design, build, govern, and scale intelligent agents embedded directly into their business workflows.

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Copilot Studio & Agentic AI, a highly technical, customer‑facing architect who will design, build, and operationalize agentic solutions with customers, in close collaboration with Microsoft partners.

This role is for a hands‑on architect who can turn complex business processes into agentic architectures, combining Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and complementary technologies to deliver real business outcomes at scale.

This is a flexible role with up to 50% remote work.

Role Overview

As a CSA specialized in Copilot Studio and Agentic AI, you will act as a trusted technical leader and builder, working directly with customers and partners to:

  • Design and implement end‑to‑end agentic solutions
  • Translate complex enterprise processes into scalable agent architectures
  • Drive adoption, business value, and ROI from Copilot, Agents, and AI platforms
  • Engage confidently with CxOs, business leaders, and senior IT stakeholders

You are expected to spend significant time with customers, co‑creating solutions, shaping roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI & Agentic Transformation

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their AI and agentic transformation journey.
  • Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into high‑impact agentic use cases with clear business value.
  • Support executive stakeholders in shaping the “Why” and “What” of agent‑driven transformation before technology decisions.

Design & Build Agentic Solutions

  • Lead the architecture, design, and realization of agentic solutions using Copilot Studio.
  • Work hands‑on with partners to build agents, integrate enterprise data, orchestrate workflows, and design governance.
  • Design multi‑solution architectures combining Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and external systems.
  • Leverage prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI reasoning patterns to scale AI across the enterprise.

Partner‑Led Delivery & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Act as the technical anchor between Microsoft, partners, and customers.
  • Shape partner delivery models, PoCs, pilots, and industrialization phases.
  • Ensure architectural quality, security, governance, and scalability across partner‑delivered solutions.

Customer Success, Adoption & Value Realization

  • Drive sustained usage, adoption, and business impact of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
  • Advise customers on Adoption & Change Management strategies, including executive sponsorship, user targeting, and enablement.
  • Support Unified Support and Microsoft services delivery for Copilot‑related engagements.
  • Measure and demonstrate business impact using Copilot insights, dashboards, and usage analytics.

Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Engage confidently with CxOs and senior business leaders, articulating AI strategy, value, risks, and governance.
  • Deliver executive briefings, design sessions, envisioning workshops, and C‑level training.
  • Act as a thought leader internally and externally, contributing to communities, IP creation, and best practices.
  • Provide structured feedback to Microsoft Product Groups and Marketing teams based on real‑world customer insights.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience in customer‑facing technical roles (architecture, consulting, or customer success)
  • Proven ability to understand complex enterprise processes and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and partners
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with CxO audiences
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, architecture, consulting, or systems development
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior IT and business decision makers
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in transformation, change management, and value‑based advisory

Technical Expertise (at least 3 required)

  • Copilot Studio (agent creation, governance, extensibility)
  • Agentic AI design patterns and orchestration
  • Copilot for M365 & Copilot Chat
  • Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry or equivalent platforms
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Microsoft 365 at scale (Teams, Viva, SharePoint Online)
  • Security, compliance, and governance for AI solutions
  • Integration with enterprise systems and data sources

Technical certifications in Microsoft Cloud, AI, or related domains are a strong plus.
