Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our M365 Copilot Inbound team, focused on bringing Copilot-powered creation and collaboration experiences to life in Word and PowerPoint.

In this role, you will shape how customers use Copilot to move from draft to done—starting with chat‑first creation and extending into app‑native, side‑by‑side collaboration directly within Word and PowerPoint. You will guide Copilot experiences from early concept through launch and adoption, ensuring they are grounded in real work, differentiated through deep app integration, and easy for customers to trust and use at scale. You will craft the narrative for how Copilot works with people inside the tools they already rely on, enabling faster iteration, better quality outputs, and more confident collaboration.

This role partners closely with product management, engineering, and design/UX for Word and PowerPoint, and works cross‑functionally with business planning and finance, sales and field marketing, PR/communications, and analyst relations to drive clarity, excitement, and adoption. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
