Role Summary

The Technical Solutions Manager (TSM) is an individual contributor responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving technical and operational solutions that enable Microsoft’s global vendor delivery ecosystem to operate with speed, quality, and resilience.

This role sits at the intersection of business needs, systems, data, vendors, and emerging AI capabilities. The TSM translates ambiguous requirements into executable solutions, ensures readiness across people, process, tools, and governance, and continuously improves how work is performed—leveraging automation and AI where it meaningfully improves outcomes.

Operating within defined strategy and governance, the TSM is accountable for solution-level outcomes such as operational stability, adoption, scalability, and measurable performance improvement. The role partners cross-functionally and operates without direct people management.
