As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside world‑class scientists and engineers to design, build, and scale the platforms that power Copilot. This role offers hands-on impact across the full lifecycle—from foundational infrastructure to user-facing capabilities—on one of Microsoft’s highest‑visibility AI products.

• You will work closely with applied scientists and engineers on designing and building both backend platform capabilities and core Copilot scenarios aimed at delighting our customers.
• You will design and deliver scalable, high-performance features that power next-generation AI experiences.
• You'll define architecture, implementation plans, ensure robustness and solid test coverage, and improve processes to contribute to our best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
