Provide operational support to enable effective execution of public sector commercial strategies, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timely coordination of cross‑functional activities, and disciplined follow‑up on priorities. Acts as a subject matter expert in public sector licensing strategy and supports business goals tied to cloud revenue and contract execution.
Orchestrate v-team of sales, finance, legal, compliance, and partner teams to ensure commercial strategies are translated into structured plans and executed with discipline, clarity, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Provides end-to-end business administration support, including action tracking, deliverable management, preparation of executive-ready materials, and consistent operational follow-up.
- Drives an effective rhythm of business by supporting meetings, reviews, communications, executive visits, and documentation aligned to commercial initiatives.
- Supports business goals tied to cloud revenue, renewals, contract execution, and partner performance through strong operational execution and coordination.
- Manages Public Sector engagements related to licensing and renewals, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and effective execution.
- Enables change management for licensing and commerce updates by coordinating communications, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
- Experience supporting public sector or government customers, including exposure to government contracting and compliance environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial licensing models, cloud offerings, and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to lead or support change management initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, legal, compliance, finance, and partner teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and execution frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess readiness, risks, and performance trends.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
- 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
