Overview

We are seeking an experienced regional leader to drive delivery enablement and operating excellence at scale across the Asia‑Pacific region.

This role leads a multi‑disciplinary enablement function spanning solution design, process excellence, quality, tooling, and portfolio analytics. The function exists to absorb complexity and ambiguity upstream, transforming it into repeatable, scalable delivery models that enable execution teams to succeed predictably at scale.

Reporting to the Partner GM – APAC Datacenter Delivery, this is a Principal‑level people leadership role with enterprise impact. Success is achieved not through direct execution, but through influence, clarity, and durable operating systems that improve outcomes across teams, markets, and portfolios.

Why This Role

This role is a regional multiplier. It exists to simplify complexity, protect execution capacity, and ensure that APAC delivery teams can operate with confidence, clarity, and consistency at scale.

If you thrive on building systems that outlast you, leading leaders, and shaping how large organizations execute—not just what they deliver—this role offers a rare opportunity to drive meaningful, durable impact.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Regional Delivery Enablement & Operating Excellence

  • Own the health, effectiveness, and scalability of the regional delivery enablement function across APAC.
  • Ensure complex, non‑standard, or ambiguous work is clearly structured, solutioned, and operationalized before handoff to execution teams.
  • Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, triage, and handover models that protect execution capacity and reduce delivery friction.
  • Sponsor and embed regional delivery standards, quality guardrails, and operating rhythms that drive consistent outcomes at scale.
  • Drive adoption of tooling, automation, and portfolio analytics that improve predictability, risk visibility, and executive decision‑making.
  • Ensure improvements are durable and sustained, embedded into operating models rather than dependent on individual heroics.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team across:
    • Solutions Management
    • Process Excellence & Quality
    • Tooling, Automation, and Portfolio Analytics
  • Establish clear role charters, decision rights, success measures, and growth paths across the function.
  • Build leadership depth so outcomes scale through people and systems, not through personal intervention.
  • Foster a culture grounded in operational truth, continuous improvement, learning loops, and proactive value creation.

Cross‑Functional Integration

  • Partner closely with Capacity Delivery, Technology Enablement, Business Transformation, and Portfolio leaders across the region.
  • Ensure work is prioritized, sequenced, and outcome‑driven, enabling functional leaders to focus on strategic ownership rather than execution mechanics.
  • Translate strategy, change initiatives, and global direction into delivery‑ready operating models that teams can execute consistently.
  • Enable smoother cross‑team execution by reducing noise, clarifying dependencies, and aligning on trade‑offs.

Strategic Influence & Portfolio Leadership

  • Influence outcomes without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared priorities and decision frameworks.
  • Elevate leadership conversations by surfacing portfolio‑level patterns, leading indicators, and systemic risks, reducing reliance on late‑stage escalation.
  • Build trusted relationships by balancing strategic intent with operational reality, enabling leaders to navigate trade‑offs between speed, quality, risk, and scale.

Success Measures

  • Measurable reduction in delivery friction, rework, and unplanned escalations across the APAC portfolio.
  • Improved delivery predictability and decision velocity, with earlier risk visibility and cleaner execution handoffs.
  • High adoption and sustained use of standards, tools, and analytics embedded into operating rhythms.
  • Strong engagement, retention, and leadership growth within the enablement function.
  • Increased confidence from senior stakeholders in regional execution readiness and operating model maturity.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or operating models in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to own systems and outcomes beyond direct authority, driving results through influence and clarity.
  • Strong background in one or more of the following:
    • Delivery enablement
    • Program / portfolio management
    • Process design and operating model development
    • Business or operational transformation
  • Experience using data, analytics, and insights to inform executive decision‑making and prioritize outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into structured, scalable delivery solutions.

While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating at regional or global scale across multiple countries or markets.
  • Exposure to datacenters, infrastructure, technology delivery, or large‑scale operational environments.
  • Track record of building durable systems (standards, governance, tooling, operating rhythms) rather than one‑off initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging automation, intelligent automation (IA), or AI‑driven insights to streamline operations and improve planning, reporting, and execution outcomes.

Background Check Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
