The OneDrive and SharePoint (ODSP) organization is at the heart of Microsoft 365, powering intelligent collaboration for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. Within ODSP, the SOX (SharePoint Online Experiences) team contributes the foundational platform and experiences that underpin content management, compliance, and enterprise collaboration across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and the broader M365 ecosystem.
We are looking for a PM Manager to lead a team of product managers driving the next generation of intelligent, AI-powered collaboration experiences. This is a people-manager role where you will hire, coach, and grow a world-class PM team while setting product vision and strategy for critical workstreams that touch millions of enterprise customers daily.

The ODSP SOX team is part of the OneDrive and SharePoint organization within Microsoft 365 & Devices. Our team builds and operates the foundational platform that powers content storage, sharing, compliance, and collaboration across the M365 ecosystem. We serve hundreds of millions of users across enterprise, education, and consumer segments.

Responsibilities
People Leadership
Build, lead, and grow a team of product managers (ICs and senior ICs) focused on ODSP SOX workstreams
Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture grounded in customer obsession and technical excellence
Coach PMs on product strategy, stakeholder management, and career development
Recruit and retain top PM talent, with a strong emphasis on AI-native product thinkers
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and drive the product roadmap for ODSP SOX, aligning with the broader ODSP, M365 and Copilot strategy
Identify high-impact investment opportunities at the intersection of AI/ML and enterprise content management
Own success metrics and business outcomes for your team’s portfolio, translating customer needs into measurable impact
Balance innovation with platform fundamentals—reliability, performance, security, and compliance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver world-class experiences
Engage with enterprise customers, MVPs, and community stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and opportunities
Represent your team’s work in executive reviews and cross-org planning forums
AI-Driven Product Development
Champion the use of AI tools and agents to accelerate product development, improve decision-making, and enhance PM workflows
Drive the integration of Copilot capabilities, and intelligent automation into ODSP experiences
Stay current on AI/ML trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading product or program management teams.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping enterprise-scale products or services used by millions of users.
- Solid hands-on experience working with large-scale distributed systems, cloud services, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to set product vision, define strategy, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.
- 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
- Deep passion for AI and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, large language models (LLMs), or AI-powered product features.
- Fundamental knowledge of AI/ML concepts sufficient to have informed product and technical discussions with design, scientists and engineering partners.
- Experience building or managing AI-integrated products at scale.
- Track record of leading product manager teams.
- Growth mindset and thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and brings intellectual curiosity to complex problem spaces.
