As a Learning Manager – Data Professionals, you will build and scale a center of excellence focused on upskilling data professionals through engaging, short-form content. Your goal will be to help learners effectively apply AI and cloud tools in their day-to-day work.
You will lead the development of a comprehensive learning portfolio, including a library of high-quality, short-form content designed for a global audience. This content will be delivered across multiple channels—with an emphasis on social media—to provide accessible and relevant skilling experiences for data professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Data professional short form skilling strategy – Lead the short-form skilling strategy for data professionals by defining learning needs, key use cases, learning preferences, and influencer landscape, with the goal of helping this audience more effectively apply AI
- Skilling engagement content development – Execute on the strategy by curating and developing engaging short-form content (primarily video) to help data professionals apply AI more effectively in their work
- Audience engagement strategy & execution – Develop and execute a strategy to engage data professionals and build trust across channels, including events, communities, outbound outreach, and in-product experiences
- Social media activation – Partner with the social media team to publish and scale content across channels to reach and support new learners
- Collaboration – Collaborate with cross-functional teams across social media, marketing, advocacy, and product to integrate data professional content across channels

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent 1+ year(s) experience in product marketing, learning and development, relevant technical roles, customer success, research, industry, program/project management, or corporate education
- OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years of experience in product marketing, learning and development, relevant technical roles, customer success, research, industry, program/project management, or corporate education
- OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent AND 6+ years of experience in data product marketing, AI use cases and storytelling , sales enablement and/or Go-to-Market strategy
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to drive business impact, including hands-on experience developing prompts and working with agent-based workflows to translate research and insights into scalable content or storytelling outputs
- Exhibits a growth-oriented mindset and demonstrates persistence and accountability in driving work forward
- Experience scripting for short-form video
- Skilled at simplifying complex ideas through clear and compelling storytelling
- Familiarity with Microsoft data and analytics solutions (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Explorer, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Foundry)
Integrated Learning & Skilling IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
