Overview

As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Dynamics 365 in Microsoft Global Delivery, you will provide deep technical expertise across Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP workloads, supporting enterprise customers in the design, deployment, optimization, and operation of business applications at scale.

You will work with complex enterprise environments, helping customers stabilize, modernize, and optimize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management, as well as legacy Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM platforms.
This role focuses on non‑AI, governance, optimization, and operational excellence scenarios delivered at scale by CSA Global Delivery.



Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical authority for Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP workloads
  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 solutions, including:
    • Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
    • Dynamics 365 Finance
    • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
  • Support customers running legacy Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM, including upgrade and transition scenarios
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues across D365 applications
  • Lead and support:
    • Environment configuration and optimization
    • Performance, stability, and scalability improvements
    • Security, roles, permissions, and compliance alignment
  • Support integration scenarios across D365 workloads and related enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with internal Microsoft teams to deliver repeatable, high‑quality Global Delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the CSA GD community


Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in one or more of the following areas is required:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP workloads, including:
    • Dynamics 365 Sales
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
    • Dynamics 365 Finance
    • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
  • Experience supporting enterprise Dynamics environments (complex, multi‑entity, multi‑region)
  • Hands‑on experience with Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics CRM (on‑prem or hybrid)
  • Troubleshooting functional and technical issues in Dynamics 365 applications
  • Understanding of security models, roles, permissions, and access control in D365
  • Experience working in Enterprise environments

Desirable / Supporting Skills (Strong Plus)

  • Power Platform:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power Platform governance and integration
  • Dataverse:
    • Data model understanding
    • Security roles and table permissions
    • Integration with Dynamics 365 workloads
  • Integration experience with external systems and data sources
  • Exposure to application lifecycle management (ALM) for Dynamics and Power Platform
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration patterns (contextual, not mandatory)

Language & Eligibility

  • Fluent Italian is mandatory
