The Copilot Experiences product marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager that is highly strategic, simplifies the complex, and has a passion for demonstrating product magic. This is a chance to be part of the team that is re-wiring the way the world works.

To be successful, you will own and drive end-to-end strategy and execution for the product demos for the AI Business Solutions customer solution area for marketing events and enabling our field sellers and partners to demo with customers to drive pipeline and revenue. Products include: M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, M365 Apps, Teams, Viva, Windows, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

You will be a master storyteller using both products and scenarios to drive end-to-end storytelling in demos. You will own scoping the demo scenario with the Product Marketing Management (PMM) team or field seller requests and independently make informed decisions on demo strategy, asset design, and prioritization based on a deep understanding of customer needs and business impact.

You will define the narrative, content and instructions of demos for event demos and field scenarios including functional and industry pivots. You’ll also own your KPIs for the demo assets produced. You will help drive the demo platform strategy for defining the next generation demo platform for our field sellers. This will require the formulation of both long-term strategies and month-to-month execution, and proactive alignment and influence across stakeholders in marketing, sales, and engineering.

As a key figure for our IT Decision Maker (ITDM) and IT Pro audiences, you’ll be interfacing with customers and partners as part of our advocacy work to accelerate growth. You are someone who is comfortable behind the scenes but also ready to get on stage and demonstrate storytelling excellence with customers and at large events. This role requires a self-starter and strategic marketer who can navigate ambiguity, set direction without defined playbooks, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver results without constant oversight.
