Overview

The Copilot organization owns the product experience layer of AI at Microsoft—bringing together consumer and enterprise Copilot into one unified system, and driving coherence across apps, platform, and models to deliver agentic, end-to-end AI experiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Business Admin to provide support to the CVP Copilot and Browser. This role will report to the CVP Copilot and Brower.

Responsibilities

Strategic calendar and meeting management — manage a complex and evolving calendar across multiple time zones for one primary; support the preparation of agendas, briefing materials, and meeting logistics to maximize decisionmaking time.

Operational excellence and continuous improvement — Work with wider EA team to run daytoday operational tasks and processes on site at the office, identify gaps, propose scalable solutions, and leverage productivity and AI tools to increase efficiency.

Onboarding support — Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; manage equipment provisioning, security groups, and newhire setup.

Expense management — Manage expense documentation, purchase orders, statements of work, reimbursements, and basic budget tracking while ensuring policy compliance.

Event and travel coordination — Plan and execute internal and external events including offsites and seminars; arrange complex domestic and international travel, visas, and detailed itineraries. Some travel is required for internal organization events.

Crossfunctional communication and stakeholder management — Build strong relationships across the organization and represent leaders with discretion and executive maturity.

Community and mentorship — Share best practices and contribute to the growth of the Business Support discipline.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience serving as mentor or direct/indirect (e.g., team leader) supervisor to others.
  • 5+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
  • Experience working in fastpaced, dynamic environments, with the ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and exercise good judgment.

  • Demonstrated continuous improver; curious about new tools and workflows, proactively seeks timesaving solutions and drives process improvements.
  • Technical familiarity with experience with Microsoft Office or similar technologies to effectively collaborate across the team.


Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $33.89 - $67.16 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $45.67 - $73.65 per hour.
