Office Manager Singapore & Workplace Experience Asia

Principal Responsibilities

Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office i.e. Reception services & Business support
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, events, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

Workplace Experience:

  • Lead and manage workplace experience projects across APAC, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and employee needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to elevate the APAC workplace experience and embed operational efficiency & effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office operations including Business Continuity Planning & emergency readiness

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage office capacity planning, seat allocation, office renovation, and expansion projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Travel Support:

  • Oversee Travel operations for Singapore
  • Collaborate with Business Support team to improve the travel experience
  • Develop strategies & implement actions to increase efficiency in the travel process.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment at both a local & regional level through workplace experience projects
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

Qualifications Required

Experience:

  • Proven track record of managing workplace experiences or service experiences in a related field
  • Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Must have experience in leading teams including leading projects across a matrix structure

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

Qualities:

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to think critically
