Office Manager Singapore & Workplace Experience Asia
Principal Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office i.e. Reception services & Business support
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, events, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Workplace Experience:
- Lead and manage workplace experience projects across APAC, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and employee needs
- Identify and implement process improvements to elevate the APAC workplace experience and embed operational efficiency & effectiveness
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office operations including Business Continuity Planning & emergency readiness
Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage office capacity planning, seat allocation, office renovation, and expansion projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Travel Support:
- Oversee Travel operations for Singapore
- Collaborate with Business Support team to improve the travel experience
- Develop strategies & implement actions to increase efficiency in the travel process.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment at both a local & regional level through workplace experience projects
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Qualifications Required
Experience:
- Proven track record of managing workplace experiences or service experiences in a related field
- Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is preferred.
- Must have experience in leading teams including leading projects across a matrix structure
Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
