Campus Recruiting Coordinator - New York
Learn the Business:
At Moelis, our Human Capital Management (HCM) team partners across disciplines to share the perspectives and insights that lead us to opportunities. You’ll work with the Campus Recruiting Team on various projects relating to the Firm’s recruitment and talent management initiatives. Responsibilities will include coordinating program implementation and supporting the Global Summer & Full-Time Analyst & Associate Programs and additional programs including the Leadership Development Program and Military Veterans Program, coordinating networking events for the Firm’s junior talent, supporting campus recruiters in the Summer Analyst and Summer Associate recruitment cycles and contributing to a variety of additional ad hoc projects.
Develop Your Skills:
You’ll work closely with the five members of our Campus Recruiting team who will provide one-on-one coaching, mentoring and feedback to help you learn our methods and hone your skills in HCM, and specifically in Campus Recruiting. We are invested in your learning and development and your success as you embark on the next step in your career path.
Qualifications & Skills:
This entry level to early career opportunity for a graduate with an excellent academic record and a demonstrated interest in Human Capital through previous employment or coursework
A critical thinker with strong analytical skills who expresses thoughts and ideas clearly both in oral and written communications
A proactive and organized self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting to effectively manage time and tight deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to execute, sometimes on deliverables from multiple sources, and prioritize accordingly
Ability to exercise sound judgment when navigating through unanticipated challenges
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
HR System knowledge is a plus; specifically Workday and Applicant Tracking System Oleeo
Expected Target Range: $75,000 - $80,000
