Description

monday.com is seeking a driven, versatile analyst to join the office of the CEO. This is a high-impact role with wide scope, multiple interfaces and high visibility. You will assume ownership of key data reporting and research flows covering monday.com’s core agendas; your contributions will have a direct impact on our business strategy, product development, and customer experience.

The Office of the CEO defines, measures, and advances monday.com’s core priorities. Members of the team are leaders in their respective domains of expertise (data analysis, data science, UX design, and product management), collaborating with senior partners from all divisions to advance company leadership’s prioritized agenda and key projects.

About The Role

  • Partner with the CEO Office team and help set KPIs, measurement and processes for various initiatives across the company
  • Define and track relevant metrics for new initiatives, pilot programs and other cross-team efforts led by the group
  • Build appealing, compelling dashboards and reports to translate data into actionable insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst or business-oriented data scientist in non-academic settings; demonstrated record of conceiving, designing, and shipping successful data analytics projects that drove business impact (interesting failures are also okay)
  • Excellent SQL; deep familiarity with at least one popular BI tool such as Tableau or Looker
  • Great communication skills, with a penchant for data visualization and storytelling. A great candidate will be someone comfortable navigating complex orgs, who excels at creating partnerships and recruiting others to support joint projects
  • Have strong business aptitude, ideally including familiarity with common methodologies and frameworks for at least two of the three following domains - marketing, product, or financial analytics
  • Possess top-notch analytical and technical skills, capable of owning a full data flow: problem definition, data collection and modeling, analysis and reporting
  • Communicate highly effectively - be capable of identifying and extracting concise bottom lines, providing appropriate context, and creating compelling visualizations
  • Thrive working alongside colleagues from various domains, inspiring trust and building successful partnerships and processes
