Description

We are looking for a Market Researcher to join our Market Research and customer insights team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and delivering a wide range of customer and business research. For this position, we are looking for individuals with mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) backgrounds with an understanding of how to integrate diverse sources of insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about researching what ticks customer behavior and how it connects to big data for the purpose of providing business insights and assisting executives decision making. You are focused on results, have the ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions for businesses, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in using research and analytics to drive impactful research. You will work independently and as a team member.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute quantitative surveys using a range of social sciences methods
  • Conduct statistical analysis to surveys and large data sets through the lens of business impact and growth
  • Build comprehensive research results reports based on analysis
  • Communicate results and illustrate recommendations in compelling and creative ways
  • Manage survey tool for the team (Qualtrics)
  • Manage and analyze behavioral KPIs projects (NPS and more)
  • Work with internal partners (Product, Marketing, Business, Data) to identify and prioritize knowledge gaps
  • Design and execute qualitative research such as in-depth interviews when needed.

Requirements

  • BA/ MA in social sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Economics)
  • 2-3 years experience in building, executing and analyzing hands-on, primary research
  • Knowledge in quantitative research methodologies and design (e.g., questionnaire writing, survey sampling and design, significance testing, correlation and regression analysis)
  • High proficiency in statistical tools (Qualtrics- an advantage/ SPSS)
  • SQL basic knowledge- an advantage
  • Comfortable leading cross organizational projects
  • Good communicator and storyteller.
