About The Role
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale the monday CRM product suite into its next phase of maturity and growth.
- Define the AI-first product strategy, market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market approach.
- Translate customer pain points and workflows into products that deliver undeniable business value.
- Lead and mentor a world-class team of product managers and analysts-helping them thrive and multiply their impact.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and success to accelerate adoption and monetization.
- Be the external face of monday CRM at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Drive the transition from hypergrowth to sustained, scalable excellence-balancing speed with durability.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience, with proven success in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years of VP-level leadership, scaling and coaching product teams.
- Experience leading a high-growth SaaS business (>$100M ARR) through its next stage of maturity.
- Sharp business and product acumen—comfortable with pricing, packaging, GTM, and P&L impact.
- Strong understanding of AI opportunities in SaaS, with the vision to embed AI into product strategy.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial DNA-bias for action, resilience, and a track record of building for scale.
