About The Role
- Lead the company-wide multiproduct strategic initiative: set milestones and drive execution with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, research, marketing, and client-facing teams). Rally the organization around a shared vision, proactively driving buy-in from VPs and stakeholders across teams before key releases.
- Be the voice of the customer and define golden, cross-product use cases that drive collaboration across teams and bring compound value for monday's multiproduct clients. Validate solutions with qualitative methods such as user interviews and usability tests, along with data analysis and AB tests.

Partner with Research, Analysts, and CS to uncover the quantitative and qualitative insights that inform the strategy and translate these into scalable product initiatives.
- Conduct deep competitor and market research to inform differentiation, GTM, and roadmap tradeoffs.
- Leverage monday AI capabilities to reach new audiences, drive expansion, power hyper-personalized end-to-end business workflows, and enhance organizational efficiency with intelligent recommendations.
- Partner with GTM, Growth, Marketing, and Billing to shape a monetization and packaging model that aligns with the product strategy.
- Establish the success metrics, analytics instrumentation, and ongoing reporting that communicates impact and builds conviction.
- Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with.
