We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.
With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing Workplace Design team in Tel Aviv.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes workplace design - combining creativity, spatial awareness, and executional excellence to shape inspiring, functional environments that reflect our culture and values.
You’ll work closely with our global design and workplace teams, translating our design vision into meaningful spaces across Israel and our global sites. From early concept and test fits to detailed design and on-site coordination, you’ll help us deliver exceptional work environments that support collaboration, innovation, and a true sense of belonging.
About The Role
- Lead concept development and spatial design for new workplaces, expansions, and renovations - translating brand values into meaningful physical environments.
- Oversee and coordinate with partner architecture firms, ensuring design intent, quality, and consistency across drawings, materials, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders — Workplace Experience, Operations, IT, and Brand - to align functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Prepare design briefs, mood boards, presentations, and test fits to guide creative direction and support decision-making.
- Review and supervise design documentation (plans, FF&E, materials) to ensure alignment with global standards and project requirements.
- Participate in site reviews and design walk-throughs, providing hands-on feedback during construction and fit-out phases.
- Research and integrate new materials, furniture, and workplace trends to continually evolve our design language and sustainability approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in workplace design (experience with hospitality or commercial projects – advantage).
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, concept design, and materiality - with the ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, presentations, and visuals.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D and visualization tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
- Experience collaborating with external consultants, contractors, and vendors, overseeing design quality and implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Passionate about workplace culture, design innovation, and how space shapes people’s experience.
