This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 2-3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Analyst, Business Continuity & Resilience will work with business units across the firm to develop, maintain, and test comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will work at the direction of the Business Continuity and Resilience Director to implement tools and processes specific to enhancing and maintaining the firm's resiliency.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of business continuity plans and procedures
- Develop guidance for business functions on business continuity best practices
- Contribute to the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process
- Create and maintains incident metrics, risk matrices, and assists with incident summary reports
- Assist with incident coordination and communication
- Identifie opportunities for strategic improvements that reduce the likelihood of business interruptions
- Coordinate with parent company to ensure Parametric's business continuity activities align
- Facilitate tabletop exercises in support of business continuity planning
- Manage and prepare for IT disaster recovery exercises
- Develop IT disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Manage Fusion Risk Management business continuity tool and develop relevant reports for senior leadership
- Serve as backup incident manager to the Business Continuity Director
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, or another relevant discipline
- Experience at a financial services organization highly desirable
- Effective written and verbal communication, including strong questioning and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts
- Excels under pressure, able to make quick decisions, and escalates as appropriate
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management or the Salesforce Lightning platform a plus
- Well organized with an ability to independently manage deliverables and meet deadlines

Salary range for the position: $110,000 - $225,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
