We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director, Team Supervisor in Operations to manage a team of onshore and offshore associates who provide account updates to high profile financial advisors and their support staff through the Case Management workflow system. The director promptly addresses escalations and provides summarized reports to senior management on a regular basis, and partners with business and tech teams to ensure continued efficiency in process delivery.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within the Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:

· Serve as the primary supervisor within specific line or project area with accountability to associated risks

· Manage direct reports, leading 1:1s and career development, attracting and retaining high quality talent in line with our leadership commitments

· Review resources to ensure adequate coverage to deliver BAU commitments, highlighting current and future needs to manager

· Manage in-person & virtual operations team to support all operational, client servicing, and financial reporting functions relating to supporting alternative investments

· Manage production of regular reports such as AI Metrics Daily Report, OEC metrics, etc.

· Resolve escalation requests from field originally submitted via case manager, email, or phone

What you'll bring to the role:

· Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, adapt management style to suit individuals and ensure team is well supported with a sense of purpose

· Prepared to challenge the status quo, raise concerns and/or needs of their team members

· Ability to pitch communication appropriately according to the audience and demonstrate active listening skills

· Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values and acting as a role model

· At least 4 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

· Prior managerial experience

· Prior exposure to Alternative Investments preferred
