We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to work as part of the wider business analysis project team with a focus on back & middle office business change, risk and regulatory initiatives.

Listed Derivatives Trade Support Group (TSG) for Night Shift. Role is to support EMEA Listed Derivatives Execution desk with post trade execution functions, performing top day reconciliation, Allocations and clearing, position maintenance, expiries and deliveries which involves meeting external market cut-offs, direct verbal and written communications with trading desk and senior business partners. Failure to backfill will mean: Capacity utilization > 110%. Depth Charts will revert to red/high with a new PTM baseline of Q4 2022. Inability to support new Global client launches. What you’ll do in the role:

• The team works a split shift system. Therefore, flexibility on start/finish times will be required.
• After the initial training period, the successful individual will expect to work independently and proactively with minimal management supervision.
• Candidate should be a confident, well-rounded methodical person with good analytical skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Task orientated, inquisitive in nature and have an appetite to learn
• Knowledge of listed derivatives Trade Support Group functions (or at least the concept of TSG functions) is an advantage.
• The individual will be expected to learn quickly to acquire the required technical/product knowledge.

• Strong PC /Advanced MS Excel skills,
• Strong communication / networking skills to interact with both internal / external parties
• Proactively escalates breaks and risk issues.
• Understand and adapt to Regulatory and Industry change
