We're seeking someone to join our team as a Travel & Expense Reporting Manager and Ground Transport Operations Support to be responsible for both the Ground Transportation program and Expense Reporting in the Americas, including daily vendor management and issue resolution, as well as regional and global strategy and initiative facilitation.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within the [Travel and Meeting Management, which specializes in the Firm's travel and meetings management activities. We may work with outside travel-related companies and agents, such as airlines, hotels, travel agents, and car rental agencies.

What you’ll do in the role:
• Prioritize the execution of Concur Expense reporting needs, while providing management support for the Corporate Travel team (specifically Americas Ground Transportation)
• Provide T&E insights (creating specialized dashboards, identifying trends, and data analysis) to improve compliance, cost controls and Firm objectives.
• Automate scheduled analytic reviews related to corporate T&E Concur spend for Business Units and Cross-Divisional Stakeholders
• Manage suppliers (Concur, Ground Transport Vendors) and collaborate to resolve customer service needs and elevate value for clients (AI, machine learning, technology)
• Engage with stakeholders, acting as a consultant and SME for business unit needs (cost savings, managing expenses, improving T&E experiences)
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Experience with managing Travel & Expense and Business Reporting, with emphasis on Concur Expense Tool (at least 4 years’ experience and SAP Concur certification preferred).
• Understanding of internal client requests (customer service), and how to think like an owner and collaborate with suppliers, utilize resources to solve business needs.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and efficiently on multiple project requests
• Flexibility to accommodate various time zones and work outside of hours, if needed
• Expertise with data, analytics and reporting and how information can be translated to communicate effectively with stakeholders
